SUPPER & PSALMS
Thursdays in Lent 2025

This Lent you are invited to gather in the parish hall each Thursday evening to eat supper with others, to share in a simple communion service, and to reflect together on a psalm before ending the evening with the office of Night Prayer.
You may not be able to come every week, but that’s OK as each evening will stand alone and require no previous knowledge or involvement. The discussion each week will be based on Charlie Bell’s new book Searched Me Out and Known Me. Rather than a chapter a day, he reflects on a Psalm for each Sunday, which we will use in the 10am Parish Mass each week. Copies can be provided for those who would like a book to read during Lent, but the discussions are based on the text of the psalm rather than Charlie’s reflection - so you needn’t have read the book to be able to join in and contribute!
