Choral Mass for the feast of Corpus Christi
Sung by St Saviour's Parish Choir.
Corpus Christi is a celebration of the presence of Christ with us in the liturgy of the Mass, and falls on the Thursday after Trinity Sunday.
Music includes the Missa in Simplicitate by Jean Langlais, Tantum ergo by Deodat de Severac and Ave verum corpus by Gabriel Faure.
Followed by refreshments

Now in it's 8th year, St Saviour's Beer & Fizz is fast becoming St Albans' favourite summer beer festival. Amazing food stalls, an impressive range of sparkling wines & champagnes curated by Cellar Door Wines and a heavenly selection of cask ales & lager generously donated by our local pubs and businesses! Live music lineup includes The Carnegies (Fri) and Pat & the Butchers (Sat). The countdown and the *research* has already begun!!

If you heard Edwina fill St Saviour's with her pure & easy vocals in July 2025, then you won't want to miss her return in 2026! Parish Retreat at Pleshey
As part of St Saviour's 125th Anniversary year, we will welcome Br Tobias SSF to lead our annual retreat. We return to the House of Retreat in Pleshey, Essex for a weekend of prayer, reflection and worship.
More details of the weekend's theme will be announced in due course, along with costs and booking details.
Br Tobias is a professed member of the First Order of The Society of St Francis and based in Plaistow, East London.

Mark Harrison
Mark is an established, multi-award-nominated singer-songwriter and guitarist with an ever-growing reputation for being unlike any other artist out there. He performs all-original songs in his own very individual style, with elements of rock, folk, blues & Americana. He has been frequently featured on BBC Radio, including the Radio 2 Pick of the Week show and the Radio 2 Folk Show, and he and his band have been live guests on Cerys Matthews’s Radio 2 show.
